Floodlight was initially installed upside down until I pointed it out. The Ring doorbell was installed upside down so you couldn’t get a complete picture of the visitor. We corrected it ourselves. The price of $500 for an hour’s work was ridiculous.

Greg was a great representative of the company. He was knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I'm normally skeptical of service workers and very worried having a strange person in my home. But once I met Greg all the fear I had for this appointment immediately was relieved by the respect and politeness displayed by Greg.
