The mission of the Point Loma High School Music Program is to provide students with an environment focused on the commitment to musical excellence. The program is dedicated to the values of character, leadership, and responsibility through artistic development and training. With financial assistance from the Music Boosters* (parents, families, students, alumni, and other community members), the music program is able to accomplish these goals.
More Than Apples serves to reduce hunger/food insecurity and waste by redistributing consumable goods, providing education aimed at reduction of waste and creating a community in which consciousness, courtesy, and communal good are the core tenets.
Humble Design is a 501(c)3 non-profit serving families, veterans and individuals emerging from homelessness by transforming their empty houses into uplifting homes. Humble Design operates in Detroit, Chicago, Seattle and San Diego and has furnished over 1,300 homes. With Humble's help only 1% of our families return to homelessness within 12 months.
