Tech came out to look at customer supplied faucet. Customer went with option given. No warranty. Tech begin work by turning water off at the house. Once turned off at the house tech drain water line and removed old faucet with the. Customer supplied. Once done tech check for leaks. No leaks. Not responsible for supply lines connected to the faucet for leaking. Not responsible for previews water damage showed to customer under the sink where the counter top meets the framing. Tech show customer water Damage from previews faucet leaking. Customer understood.leak came from previews faucet

Install 30 amp disconnect at current junction box before water heater From disconnect to water heater install either MC or flex cable for bond Install junction box beneath house and properly extend 10/3 romex into main panel Replace all breakers at main service properly balance out load redo all terminations We cannot guarantee the function of the water heater as it was not installed by us, but we can guarantee after repair. There will be steady 240 V at source

Doug had a trip GFI where he had a small water leak underneath the sink. I reset the GFI, but I provided an option for him to fix the issue at hand so that it doesn’t happen again. He said he will let us know very shortly.

-I will perform a diagnostic for the kitchen cooktop that is not working. This diagnostic includes the simple fix. Anything greater will be discussed with customer. 10 yr warranty on new circuit breaker (if applicable) LIFETIME WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP! Met with customer today and talked about a lot of things. I checked her panel and pointed out how old her main breaker was also that she had aluminum wiring. Talked about options of upgrading the panel. The issue I was called out for was her cooktop is not working. She explained to me that she had a power outage not long ago and when the power came back on the stove top decided to not work anymore. I did a diagnostic for her stove top. All her electricity going to the stove. Top is perfectly fine. Issue lied inside the motherboard of the actual cooktop. I showed her those pictures and told her what to do. I need to build her a quote for the extra work we discussed. Customer paid full amount for the diagnostic via credit card.

Customer recently updated goods condo to get it ready for rent. The bedroom has a ceiling fan that doesn’t turn the light on. Customer bought a new flush mounted fixture to replace the bad fan. I checked the rest of the unit and the place is in great condition. I built him a single option for replacing the ceiling fan for a light and got the signature to move forward. I did the install had the customer check out. Customer was relieved he has light in the room and was grateful for handling it. Customer paid with credit card the full amount. I tapped my card for review and watched him provide me a five star review from my work today.
