Gregg was fantastic! He was prompt, courteous and professional. He gave me a quote and once I accepted, he got right to correcting the issue. While performing the work he found some loose wires, he explained the situation, let me know it was a quick and easy thing to correct, and did it as part of my original quote. This is my first time using Point Loma Electric & Plumbing, but it will definitely not be my last. Great attention to detail, fantastic communication, and a wonderful customer experience!

Erich and his team were outstanding. Replaced over 100 outlets and switches in my house within two days. They do quality work and triple checked everything. I also felt very safe with them around our belongings. Also special shoutout to Jayden!

Point Loma Electric and Plumbing did electrical work in our house once we liked the service the first time we called them again. The technicians have been nothing but friendly and professional both times. They walked us through every step of the process. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. If we had any concerns they made sure the address them, if anything was needed, they handled it. My family will definitely use them if needed again, but hopefully that will not be the case. Jarred, Brandon, Leo and Michael were a joy to work with. Our job involved replacing an old circuit breaker box, and installing GFCI sockets and new smoke detectors. The crew was professional, efficient, and answered any questions that we had. They came back promptly when we reported some very minor issues with the install. Javier did a great job at troubleshooting why our flood lights weren’t working. He methodically went through some steps and discovered it was actually one of the lights shorting out.

Lalo fixed my lighting and answered all my questions. He also stayed and waited for the motion sensors to turn off to ensure the work was properly done right. Much appreciated.

Point Loma Electric Technician Javier Gonzales did a brilliant job in analyzing and planning for a major upgrade to my fireplace. I’m going to be installing a new full gas fireplace insert. This requires (among other things) that a special metal electrical conduit outlet be installed within the brick fireplace with installation holes that have to be routed and drilled through the brick fireplace structure. In addition, I requested that Javier review several problem electrical outlets throughout my 50 year old house. He found three outlets that are not up to code that will be replaced and upgraded on his next visit. He expertly diagnosed a tricky problem in my hallway light that has bothered me for many years. The circuit turned out to have had been incorrectly wired during original installation coupled with corroded and failed wiring in the overhead hall light fixture itself. All through the servicing and site survey, Javier was very courteous and professional. Thank you again for the great work!
