Point Loma Electric sent two v ...
Point Loma Electric sent two very professional individuals to perform the task at my house they handled it with total attention to detail and totally checked out my electrical system both the inside panel and the outside panel. Both panels had some of the connections loose they tightened all loose connections. The anomaly at my residence was quite puzzling a rare occurrence the connection for the A phase was not producing steady voltage they monitored this for about 1/2 hour and showed me the dropping incoming voltage. The Point Loma Electricians wrote up a detailed report to explain to our local Power Company SDG&E what they had observed over the hour the were there. The Power Company looked at the written report and said that Point Loma Electric is one of the most respected Electrical Contractors in San Diego, the Power Company technician checked the incoming power and Verified the dropping voltage. I had the connection to the trans former replaced and all is well now. With a problem such as this home owners want the best so their house won’t burn down, I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism exhibited by Point Loma Electric and I will not hesitate to call them again should i have another problem. Thanks for the recommendation.
